Damaging Fire spells have a 5% chance to reset the cooldown of Cinder Burst, allow it to be cast instantly, reduces its mana cost by 50% and causes it to no longer trigger a global cooldown on cast. Cannot occur more than once every 10s. Only 1 Mage Armor may be active at a time.
