Rift 1.9 Hotfix #14 has been applied to all shards (11:00am PDT 8/14/12 [NA] - 1:00am GMT/2:00am BST 15/8/12 [EU]). Below, we have posted the patch notes.

Magelo Sync has been patched!

GENERAL

Fishing Trainers and merchants will no longer aggro Invasion and Rift mobs.
Item: Morsure de l'hiver: Now more Chloromancer-friendly.
Players who earned the title 'the Raven' and had duplicate title entries listed will see them nevermore.
Added a 1-second cooldown to using abilities right after switching roles.
Limited rate on /loadequip commands.
