I can see my character's guild, title, name and class. However that's about it, gear's not shown, nor are my PvP stats, achievements and anything of importance really. Would love to see a fix for this anytime soon, if possible. Thanks in advance.

Hello,
There was a known issue with our attempts to patch Magelo Sync for yesterday's hotfix. If you don't mind, double check and make sure Magelo Sync has updated and your firewall isn't blocking it for any reason.
If the issue persists:
- Start Sync and hit Ctrl-Shift-L. A popup will appear which will show you a log of your session.
- Copy and paste the text of that popup as a reply to this thread.

I reinstalled my client today cause of all issues I've been getting the last 2 weeks but the sync issues are still present.

Thank you for the logs. From what it looks like it is Sync'ing one of your characters and not moving forward.
Passing your info onto our developers and see what they can churn back for us

The full synchronization of everything on your characters is part of our premium features, so I you are not premium, the sync will update your identity card only. Meaning you have to fill in the blanks manually.
I see SerpentbreeD, that you have joined our premium program, and on the behalf of the whole magelo team, thanks for your support !
Now that you are premium, can you confirm that you still have the issue ? I kinda suspect your post was prior to becoming a premium member but I want to be sure.
Tretabyte, those errors in the log are definitely not normal, but out of context, it's hard to tell what is going on. Usually when you copy/paste a log, It doesn't matter too much if you cut it somewhere but it should always start from the beginning.

Looks like it's all solved, it even shows additional runes and augments, thanks alot.

For me it got solved as soon I became a premium member once again.
so.. something not working like it should for free subs.
for now, at least, it's working and I'm glad for being a premium member.
