I was wondering of there are any ways that I can grind low lv. green items. I have butchering and outfitting but it is going slow. Any advice would be helpful.(I hope to compile all of the answers into a guide if there is a lot of support for the idea)

Have you tried instant adventures? It's a great way to get a lot of multiplayer content and rewards with zero staging and preparing. Because you are teleported to the action it saves a lot of time in getting places. This should all result in faster treasure accumulation.
