So, I boosted a character when I came back to the game. I picked defiant. I went through and did most of the quests in Freemarch. But nothing is coming up to start the Epci quest chain to get the title. Has anyone else had this problem? Anyone know what I might be doing wrong? Something I missed?
Asha, and Faceless man do not offer any quest at this time. The only one Faceless man offered was to meet him in Abyssal Precipice.

From what I recall you need to collect the companion harbinger bunny. Good luck. Last time I collected it was a rift in scarereach.
