The synch application goes through the motions and says that it synchs, but the website information does not update.

Thanks for opening a new topic about your issue Vewdew. I look to your account and the last sync date on your profile is Feb 18 (displayed at the bottom left of the profile). Is that correct? When was the last time you synced your character? Thanks! FYI, another member reported a similar problem in this discussion: Sync not showing "last update" correctly We are looking into this and we will keep you updated.
