its telling me my character has been successfully snychronied, but when i check my char page it wrong. wrong gear wrong pa points and wrong souls

Hi fish I checked your profile and I can see all your roles have been synchronized on April 6. This is maybe just a cache issue. What browser are you using? Could you try to refresh your cache (ctr+shift+R or ctr+F5) and see if your profile shows updating information. Thanks for keeping me posted.

yeah the gear under my profile is right but the char page is not updating. confirmed it on another comp in my house. deleted my char page and tryed again and still shows gear from a few months back. http://rift.magelo.com/en/profile/Deepwood/Fishblaster ( wrong gear and old stuff ) http://rift.magelo.com/en/edit_equipment.jspa?character=2321492 ( has the right gear but does not transfer over to http://rift.magelo.com/en/profile/Deepwood/Fishblaster char page.

Hi fish, I saw you deleted your character again. Could you please try again to synchronize it? We cleared our cache on our side and it should work now properly. Thanks for keeping me posted.
