Got a premium subscription and I can't get my character to sync, playing rift, it detects my character just fine but it refuses to sync just says unable to synchronize try again later. Fresh install of Rift, Magelo and JDK7 System information. Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit Core i7-3610qm Quad core 16gb ddr3 1600mhz 750gb SSD hybrid drive GTX660 2gb GDDR5 Not sure if that helps track anything down but that is my setup im trying to get this working on.

I'm having the exact same issue. It recognizes my character, but refuses to sync, giving me an "Unable to synchronize character."

Hi guys, sorry for the late reply, let me check server side logs to see if it brings some light on what is going on here. I will keep you posted asap !

Should be fixed now, let me know how it goes. Edit: There was a game patch on October 17 so you will need to wait a little bit before trying again. We are working on Magelo Sync and you can keep an eye on the homepage news where we will post an update when it's available again. Thanks!
