Ritual of Calamity The above item is not showing what set it is a part of. This information is definitely in the Discovery file. Other item's are showing though, not sure why there is a difference.

Thanks for the report, I fixed this internally and it will be live very soon. The reason for that issue is that by default we don't use the itemSet info coming from the discovery file at all but that requires the item to have been observed with Magelo Sync at least once or to have a crystal attached. For that particular item which has never been observed yet and does not have a crystal, we end up with nothing... I now leverage somewhat the discovery file to handle this case.
