I can sync all characters except one with the new 2.3 patch. Below are two screenshots of the error I am getting. I do have all 7 bag slots and I have purchased all vaults for the bank on this character. Edit: The character I am trying to sync also has all 11 professions (including fishing and survivalist).

Hi Jergin, That many tradeskills on a single character was the culprit... Just patched Magelo Sync, it should be fixed now. Thanks for the report !
