Rift 2.4 Hotfix #9 has been applied (10/30/13 @ 10AM PDT \|\| 10/30 EU @ 1AM GMT). You can find the Patch Notes in the official Rift forum. Magelo Sync has been patched!

what about my 10 day free trial while the application is not working?

Unfortunately our system don't allow us to add extra days on the trial when a game patch occurs. We always do it for our premium members but our system is not designed yet to work also with accounts in trial. Magelo Sync should be patched today. We will keep you posted as soon as it's done.
