when i click on the tab, i see the rotating wheel then it stops. but nothing shows in the panel

Someone else also reported the Artifacts page of the website are not working, so the issue in the collectibles tool is probably linked. We we will keep you posted as soon as it's fixed.

Fixed! The Artifacts tab in the collectibles tool is back
