Ok, been monitoring these forums for any update on the Sync after last weeks update and we are coming in to this weeks update time. The last time someone posted anything on this it was the update before and Sync working the day before this past update, then someone posted they would get it up sooner this time and still no word on anything. I understand being busy and such but is it too much to just post an update in the forums so that we know someone is alive.

Ok, now it has been one week with no update for Sync and no word from anyone on the forums.

Ok, I want a refund as nobody is answering and currently it appears I am subscribing for something that isn't being supported as advertised.

Up until the past couple of weeks this has been true, then nothing not even a sorry we are busy or computer troubles.

Hi ajdean,

Truly sorry for the lack of news or updates, last 2 weeks were pretty hectic in RL. Things have settle down and we have updated Magelo Sync as well as the database with the latest discoveries.

To compensate with the time lost, we have granted all our premium users 20 extra days.

Thank you I am glad to know that someone is alive as it is hard to tell if something has happened to anyone on the web.
