I recently renewed my subscription in the hope that Magelo now works, but alas I still cant get it to work on my system (this is the third pc I have had and tried Magelo and it wont work). I have contacted you twice through your 'contact us' option but have had no response nor can I find any reference to my communications on the website etc.
please see my log below and either suggest what my way forward is or please supply a refund (PS any ideas why it is showing :C:\Program Files (x86)\Glyph\Games\RIFT\Live\riftpatchrussian.exe... I am not Russian, nor do I live in Russia, I live in the UK?).

Hi Dragonbone,
Sorry for the very late reply. Can you tell me if you are running the 32bit Rift client ? At the moment, only this version is supported by Magelo Sync.

Hi, ty for the response, I have tried using both, but as the 64 bit didn't work previously I assumed only the 32 bit would work so the majority of my attempts to get this to work has been in 32 bit.

I patched Magelo Sync for Rift yesterday, please give it another try, it should work.

Hi, no, still doesn't work, checked I am using 32bit, re-downloaded Magelo Sync 4.5.5 and its still telling me:
'Rift.exe has been patched, Magelo Sync will be updated soon to support this version.'
Think I need to give up again and ask for a refund, unless you have a working suggestion/solution.

They sneaked another patch right after I patched Magelo Sync... Anyway, patched once again, you should be good to go now.
