Not able to sync my character below is the link. Is this related to the patch that was just pushed?

We patched Magelo Sync yesterday to cope with the Hotfix #13, so you should have no issue to sync your character now. By the way, I noticed you didn't yet used the 10 day trial on the Premium offer. It will let you fully sync your characters among other features.
