I've deleted and re-synced my character and I can't solve the issue. It shows none of my items, soul tree or planar attunement. It does show my achievements and which guild I'm in however. It doesn't show any of my roles either. I don't know why. Any help would be great, thanks My character

Hi PastDark, When you synchronize a character with a free account, only the identity is saved. You can then manually edit your character to fill the equipment and other information (My characters > Edit). I can recommend you to take our 10 day trial to fully sync your character now and try out all the other premium features. Here's also the list of all our services, premium and free. That can help!
