The Magelo Sync app is not syncing all of my character's roles. I have about 6 roles on my Warrior, but only 2 gets synced by your app. My cleric has 5 roles and only 1 gets synced. I have the most recent Java update, and the most recent Magelo Sync app update.

Hi BigTerj, Are you sure you are syncing each of your roles with Magelo Sync ? You need to switch to each role in game, equip the right gears and then sync...

Okay, I was unaware that you had to apply each role then sync to get each spec on the website. Is that in the instructions somewhere?

Hi BigTerj, We have an entry in the FAQ regarding roles synchronization: http://rift.magelo.com/en/faq/view_entry.jspa?faqEntry=9189 But we plan to simplify this in a near future!
