You need to check you have both 32 bit and 64 bit window installed.

On the Java website.

It has quite a few versions of 64 so i installed that more than once in error.

As soon as i located the proper copy of 32 bit and installed it i had no problems.

It is in the programs section of your pc

Your 32 bit will be called something like Java 8 Update 71

64 bit would be called Java 8 Update 71 (64 bit)

Hope this helps

What I did to get Magelo Sync to work. After loading both versions of Java, I still could not get Magelo Sync to work. I went to the directory where Magelo Sync was stored. There were two versions of it on my computer. One was "Magelosync.exe and the other was Magelosyn64.exe. I loaded "Magelosync.exe" and the program worked without error message. I hope this helps someone.

If Jubalo trick works for you it means you are missing the 64bit JRE on your 64bit system. Just install it and things should work just fine by itself
