From my avatar and signature; is this working as intended? Do I have to subscribe to premium to get it to put more about my character?
Tried loading the sync onto three different computers, and syncing three different characters and they all showed up the same. No equipment, no info on souls etc.
So just checking if this is a bug or if this is intended.

At the moment, the only way to fully sync your character is to have a Premium account. We will introduce the free manual edition in few weeks to let you input manually your items and other information about your character to complete your profile.
But no worry, you can use our 10-day free trial right now to fully sync your toons and discover all the Premium features available.

Hi Vyrl,
Does Magelo Sync give you any error message when you try to sync?
Could you please provide the log file of Magelo sync? Just press" ctrl + shift + L" when you have the focus on Magelo Sync and copy in your message the content of the window that will appear. It can help us better understand what is going on.

I am having the same issue. On the 10 day free premium trial right now. My gear and stats refuse to update. On win7 64bit.

Portrait not appearing for High Elf has been fixed as you can see 
poonisher, my guessing is that you synced first as a member then took the trial and without re starting Magelo Sync, you synced again. Try to restart Magelo Sync, it should then fully sync your toon.

Jelan - I have tried syncing multiple times since I took the trial. Just synced and still not updated. What information can I provide that might help?
EDIT: When I select the role I have synced with it displays my gear correctly, other roles display no gear. I'll try syncing with all roles and see what happens.
EDIT 2: Syncing once with each role seemed to fully update my information.

Yes you need to log each role and sync them one by one, to show them in your profile. More info can be found in this FAQ entry: Can I show all my roles in my Profile?.
