I have the 64-bit version of XP/Vista, why Magelo Sync doesn't work?

Magelo Sync can run on both 32-bit and 64-bit version of Windows, but you need to install the most updated version of Java to do so. You may also need to disable or uninstall previous versions of Java to allow Magelo Sync to run properly.
