I have the Призрачный адский жук mount but "My Collectibles" does not show as having it. I've had it since it was added so I've synced plenty of times since then

Hi flatlyne2001, I can see the mount in your "Completed" list. To remind you or others, who will read this topic, how the tool work: The collectibles are divided in different categories. By default you see them all, but when you click on "Completed" you will see the one you have. When you click on "Missing" you will see the ones you don't have. Then from the missing list you can ignore some collectibles you are not interested in. So you will find them in the "Ignored" list. Just wondering, did you recently sync and that would have fix the issue? Because we actually did not do anything. Have a good day

That's really weird. Here is pic I took yesterday of my missing mounts I actually manually fire off sync a few times during each of my gaming sessions, and right before I log off.

And as I go to check my stuff today he's missing again from my completed list
