My last Sync was almost a month ago. I'd really like to do one now, but you haven't updated Sync since Hotfix 6--even after 6 days. And now a new hotfix will probably come out tomorrow.
The time I've spent trying to do a sync and the time I've spent begging you to either update on a regular basis or just drop the service this year can be counted in hours. Please quit wasting my time and just tell us that you just don't have the time to do this every week. It is needed almost every Wednesday and I can't believe it takes you more than a day or two to update it.
Please quit stringing us along.

I hear your and I definitely want to patch Rift in a timely fashion. Things should be better from now on.

Well, it's Tuesday night and a new patch will probably come tomorrow and Sync was not updated again this week.

Yep this is my fault, I will patch tonight right away and will try to not skip any game patch in the future.
