Rift 4.3 Hotfix #12 has been applied (1/17/2018). You can find the Patch Notes in the official Rift forum.
 Magelo Sync has been patched!
We have granted 10 extra days to all our premium users to compensate for the extra downtime (We missed one hotfix).

Hi,
Thanks for patching and I can sync. However, the gear my toons are actually wearing and the builds are much different than what the sync says they are.
I thought it might be the higher-level stuff that was syncing wrong, but my level 56 rogue shows as having no gear at all. I Synced using the 32-bit version of Rift...
Magelo Sync essentially useless.

Hi MarshallB,
Unless you are premium, Magelo sync will not sync your gear or your build..

Well, gee, I was premium for years and you couldn't keep Magelo Sync working. Someone cancelled my subscription because I was often posting complaints that you were not updating the software. Gosh, thanks. I'll make a deal with you. Keep the software updated regularly and I'll renew my subscription. Deal?

I kept my end of the bargain, but now it is Monday and you still have not updated the software to work with last Wednesday's patch. Not a happy camper.

Ya and rightfully so... They throw me off guard with a patch on a friday evening their time and then I got busy with something else...
I will patch it quickly within 2h and will indemnify you all for the time lost.
