Sync worked with my Rift prime Char on 3/12, but does not run now. When I run Sync, it does not detect game, even after I have manually launched it once.

Yep I missed last week patch. Given they are patching tomorrow, I will focus on this one and will grant 7 days to everyone. Sorry about that.

I just got the Sync (4.6.0) and did the log in, but after 10 minutes hasn't detected my character.

Hi Nehpets,
Please open a new topic in the bug forum and paste your Magelo Sync log. That will help us understand what is happening. To get your Magelo Sync log, simply press CTRL + SHIFT + L on the Magelo Sync window.

Scratch that, we are talking about Rift... I missed last week patch and will patch it right after the game patch that will land in a few hours. I will grant all premium 7 extra days to compensate.
