Everything else seems right though!

I've done a bit of testing.
My gear has the following armor amounts:
1249
1217
1272
781
869
1145
1043
3384
Which comes to a total of 10960
I have 5% extra armor from Warlord's Powerful Countenance 5/5
I have 5% extra armor from Paladin's Defender 5/5
10960 * 1.1 = 12056 (the expected value from the character sheet)
And for HP:
At level 50, with no gear on, and 0 talent points spent, I have 3507 health and 152 Endurance
Adding a piece of gear with 49 end boosts my HP to 4046 (539 gain / 49 end = 11hp/end)
Adding a piece of gear with 58 end boosts my HP to 4684 (638 gain / 58 end = 11hp/end)
From my earlier screenshot, we can see I have 896 end.
896 - 152 = 744
744 * 11 = 8184
8184 + 3507 = 11691
Which is what my character sheet shows at level 50 in my gear, with 0 talent points spent.
If I then switch to a role that has all 66 talent points spent in tanking souls, then from the Gift abilities, I get 0.76% health bonus for each point spent.
66 * 0.76% = 50.16%
11691 * 1.5016 = 17555.2056 = 17555 as shown on the ingame character stats.
Hopefully this all will help in finding where the differences come from.
As an aside, I have 45 End from PA at the moment.
So, I guess the base values for a level 50 warrior would be
107 End
3507 - (45*11) = 3012 HP

Ran into the same issue, however with added oddity. A few notes:
1. my in-game hp is 20164, in magelo its 16115
2. self buffs Aegis of Vitality (Pali) and Aspect of the fallen hero (warlord) do not add into endurance, yet its safe to say they are always on. I assume this was a decision not to include buffs etc, however as its a self 1hour buff, I gotta say 85 end is hard to ignore, and when hearing of a tank's hp (ie in a sig) you would expect this to be included.
3. without self buffs, the endurance quoted is 2 higher in rift than in magelo. The only difference I can find between the two setups is my rugged pauldrons of the stalwart, which are 44 end in game, 32 in magelo. (also, provides +20 end as a set bonus, not sure if those are taken into account). Notice that theres a net difference of 2 end, but a discrepancy of 12 on the shoulders. All other pieces / runes / etc match. If I remove the shoulders the in game and magelo endurance matches.

We gonna review stats fairly soon, hopefully before the end of the week, so I will make sure to get you posted.
Deathnaught, we don't take into account any transient buff and ones that can be dispel. Magelo reports 42 endur on those pauldrons btw, I am surprised ingame it says 44, can you double check ?
Also Magelo does take into account your set bonuses so shouldn't really explain what is going on. One thing to take care of is that right now there is a faction bonus with the 1.7 that affects a lot of stats and you cant remove that "buff". So it's impossible to match ingame stats with Magelo stats because of this thing... Pretty annoying if you ask me lol....

6 months on, and this still doesn't work out right - any news on when/if a fix is coming?
ARMOR
Right now, adding up the armor values on my gear, it comes to 14181.
The armor values on the items on the profile are correct, and sum to this value.
In a role with all unspent points, my ingame character page shows Armor of 14181
If I switch to a role with all points spent in tank, I gain 10% armor :
Warlord Powerful Countenance 5/5 = 5%
Paladin Defender 5/5 = 5%
14181 * 1.1 = 15,599 - which is what I see ingame.
My profile shows an armor value of 17017.
Now, 17017 / 14181 = 1.19999
So it seems as though magelo is giving a 20% bonus, not the 10% it should.
HEALTH
Naked, with 0 talent points spent, I have :
3,782 health, 167 End
If I put on all my gear, my End goes up to 1,085, and my HP up to 14,183
So, 918 End is a gain of 10,401 HP.
Now, normal HP gain is 11 HP/End
918 * 11 = 10,098
At the moment I have 3% bonus health from Conquest buffs.
10,098 * 1.03 = 10,400.94, which rounds to the 10,401
So working back from all this...
3,782 HP @ 167 end :
3,782/1.03 = 3,672 (Health w/out Conquest buff)
167 * 11 = 1,837 (Health from End.)
Base Health = 3,672 - 1,837 = 1,835
And to double check
1,835 + (1,085 * 11) = 1,835 + 11,935 = 13,770
13,770 * 1.03 = 14,183 as seen earlier.
So, I am happy with these numbers and calculations, so to apply them to my tank role.
All 66 pts spent in tank souls = 0.76% * 66 = 50.16% bonus to health.
So...
1,085 * 11 = 11,935
11,935 + 1,835 = 13,770
13,770 * 1.5016 = 20,677 - this is what magelo should be reporting, not the 17,936 it does.
My actual in game HP, taking into account the 3% conquest buff (which is additive with the tank boost)
13,770 * 1.5316 = 21,090 – which is what my character page shows.
EDIT: Added link to profile.

We just finished to review the character statistics and we fixed various issues. They should be all good now.
If you still find a problem, please report it here in order to consolidate your reports. Thank you!
