I am using the 10 day premium trial. When i click Synch, it appears to work. However, the magelo id shows the character as having no gear equipped. I've now tried on 3 different computers (all have updated java). Anyone know why synching isnt picking up any of my gear?

Hello,

I checked your "mangelo199" account and the Pemium trial has not been activated on it, so this is why only your character's identity was synchronized.
Please log on the website and go to the Trial offer page to start it.
Then synchronize your character and everything should be ok.
