I always get this message when I try and fire up Sync. Most frustrating thing ever. I have the most current JAVA installed. How do I get around this

Hi Shimazuul, It should be fairly easy to fix. I am kinda sure you did not install the 64bit version of Java. Please check this topic: http://eq.magelo.com/forum/messages.jspa?topic=14964 Let me know if you still have some issues, happy to further assist you.
