My unbuffed hp is 154,941 and sync is showing 140,175, any idea why that would be?

figured out whats going on, augs aren't syncing since last patch

Just synced a few minutes ago. My augs are not showing up either.

Augs issue has been fixed with latest patch, you will have to sync again your characters to update your augs.
