Hi there, i just added an image to my media and noticed that with google Chrome (latest version) the browser window that is supposed to open to add the file just doesn't. I un-activated "Add Block Plus" just in case. With Firefox (latest too), it does work fine. The "new folder" is working though

Thank you Cwell, we are already aware of this bug and we need in fact to fix it! We will let you know when it is done.
