Getting: Error A server error has occurred. Please try again later. When trying to access the media manager, tried in firefox and ie and same results.

Today I can't upload a new png image. It keeps saying "The type of file you tried to add is not supported". It's an 800x600 png file created from Photoshop CS4. I had uploaded one yesterday after you fixed it just fine, but today it's not wanting it
