Greetings,
since 2 days I have a trial account (for 10 days) but I havent't been able to get this to work.
I suspect it is because there was an update in Rift. How long does this normally take for an update for Magelo to catch up with it?
I am very eager to see how this program works because it looks very promising.
And.....uhhhm....will my 10 days be reset?

Hi fynnah and welcome to Magelo !

We are usually patching Magelo Sync within 24 hours of Rift patching on its side. What is happening now is that they patched 2 times in a row...So you can expect Magelo Sync to be up and running in a few hours.

And in the rare cases, it takes us longer than expected, we always indemnify our premium users by granting them some extra days.

Hopefully you will still have plenty of time on your trial to test out everything.

But.....it seems I have a bad timing. At the moment there is another update sigh

ya 2 patches in a row is indeed bad luck, anyhow we just patched Magelo Sync so everything should work now. Have a great WE !
