I have downloaded Sync, but it will not open. This is the error I get: No JVM could be found on your system. Please define EXE4J_JAVA_HOME to point to an installed 64-bit JDK or JRE or download a JRE from www.java.com I have Java installed on my computer. Suggestions?

Make sure you have installed the 64-bit version.
