Rift has been patched on January 24, 2019. The Patch Notes is available on the official Rift forum. Magelo Sync has been patched! We have granted 20 extra days to all our premium users to compensate for the extra downtime.

I'm levelling two toons and I would like to be able to use Magelo Sync to see what their equipment is so I can see about making upgrades. Please update your software.
