I keep getting this message:
"Your game slots are full. You need to reset them or upgrade your account to sync this character."
My account is premium paid until 2022. My characters show as updated on the magelo site. I don't understand what it is that I need to do, or how to do it. I cannot seem to clear that error message as the box continues to pop up. Please help!

I am having the same issues since the last update the other day.
