When viewing anybody's profile via a link from another website, there is no music. The note icon is there and it switches between golden and faded (on/off) but there is no sound. Viewing profiles from inside magelo.com works fine with music.

Which browser /version are you using ? Many browsers have permission for audio / autoplay that you need to grant to magelo.com for this to work.

Chrome. Tried in Edge as well, same result. I doubt it's related to browser permissions though. I've been using a Magelo profile with music for like 20 years, and this problem didn't exist until just now. This link to my profile: https://eq.magelo.com/profile/570196 If you click on it from right here - the music plays. If you open a new tab and then copy the address there - no music. Looks like something is missing that loads with the Magelo site and it doesn't load when you go directly to the profile.

Music auto plays just fine in both cases on my computer but as I said, not out of the box, I had to turn auto play on my browsers (tried ff, safari & chrome). If this is not an autoplay audio permission issue, not sure what is happening on your side.
