I paid memebrship, Synced Magelo, my toon is updated, but NOT ON RANKINGS, NO SUCH A PLAYER EXISTS! WTF?! Return my money or Fix your shit!

Rankings is only the top 300. If you are among the top 300, he is working on this bug which is affecting many people.

The index got corrupt somehow, i have reset it and currently re indexing all characters. Should be back to normal fairly soon.
