Rift was patched on NA servers for the 1.4 Hotfix #3 (8:00am PDT 8/9/11 [NA]) and the update is coming soon on EU (1:00am GMT 10/8/11 [EU]). You can read the official patch note on the Rift forum. As usual, we are working on the update of Magelo Sync and we will keep you posted! Update: Magelo Sync has been patched for Rift 1.4 Hotfix #3
