I guess we're not having a party, so I'm free to help you track your friends. We spotted Baac with a human prisoner in Geode Jungle, so let's start there. I won't lie - I'm the best tracker in the universe. Have you heard of Tracky McTrackerston? I'm better. BUT... last night, when I was drunk, I put my Karmic power into this whistle. It was on a dare! This works out, though, since you can use the whistle to make you one with the land, while me and Usukhel follow along until my hangover goes away.

Upon completion

You are the one of whom this tiger-girl spoke? I have done my best to heal your friend, but his wounds are very grave. I am versed in healing magics, but the Karma or radiance, from which my power flows, is scarce. To save your friend, I need more of it.

In trying to do this quest, I went to the first white diamond that I found. Later I went to one that marked a track and there was nothing there to click on. I decided to go back to the starting area for the quest and found what I suppose was the very first marker. Starting from there allowed me to complete the quest. I think you need to click on all the clues in order. Ones that I could not click on earlier became clickable.

The quest says it will show on your minimap...and it does but only if you're in fairly close proximity. The key here is to follow the on-screen navigation directions and use the tracking ability more than once in between the tracks you find.
