Description
It is quite obvious where we will find Neddra. How to get there... is not as obvious. The Iron Tomb was built over the Vault of Neddra. It is said she was buried with a number of items of power, and that it is guarded by an ancient beast. If you can get down there, and retrieve those items, I'm sure we will find something of value.

You say this was carved from the bones of Regulos? I both loathe to touch it, and long to... I have no doubt that this will prove useful.
