Description
Look, Ascended, you and I have both made mistakes. You just redeemed yourself for trying to kill our leaders, but there is much in my past for which I must atone. To this end, I beg you allow me to aid you. To defeat Lord Arak, we must understand what is driving him, his obsession with our destruction, and the source of his power. There is a being perhaps as ancient as Arak that might be able to shed some light on this mystery. Let's away to Necropolis.

You know, it was no easy task to pinpoint the exact location of each of those Corruptive Orbs, and that oversized brain didn't even acknowledge my work! The height of Brevane magical engineering indeed! Regardless, we have half of what we came here for - the rest lies in the Plane of Water!

If you are stuck on “A Strange Corruption” quest; what you are looking for are neutral Level 65 mutants called “Corrupted Defender”. There will be two in front of a Corruptive Orb. Just use a target macro “tar Corrupted Defender” and spam that whilst running around the areas marked on the map to find them.
