Description
It's not enough to be stronger than one's enemy. You must be smarter, as well. This means using whatever tactical advantages are available to you. In the Library of the Runemasters, there are devices that will move you around more quickly and also empower you. Use one in order to thrust yourself into the heart of the fight.
