if you character dosnt appear after a few seconds then report through the forums. and thats whats happening so thats what i am doin. tryin to sync toon but dosnt detect game.

Same here, I clicked for the 10 day trial, but product has yet to work.. not detecting char.

Magelo Sync has just been patched. Took longer than usual and as a result, we granted 4 extra days to all our premium users.
