Hi,
I am stil having issues .. I get the Java loading Icon and it stops thier hangs for a few secounds and just goes away

What version of the JRE do you have? And what version of Magelo? If you are not sure on either version, did you try a (full) uninstall and a fresh reinstall of the latest version of either program?

i am having a problem also for some reason i cant click on manage character on my main but i can on my secondary

I am having the same problem...i read this thread so i just reinstalled magelo and Java....it is not working still...i click to start magelo update and Java Updating hangs there for a second and then nothing...i am obviously getting irritated about this not working ..... and i am assuming there is no way i can take my money back so is there any way you could fix this problem..or tell me a real solution please..Thanks
