I paid for the premium service but it still say's I have a free account. http://eq.magelo.com/profile/3650988 Order number : 124546 Product : Premium subscription (360) Price : 25.2 USD Payment method : Credit Card I have tried several different ways of contacting customer service so I hope this helps.
