I try and login and it says Invalid username or password, both on website and sync tool. I change my password on website and it logs me in, I try the sync and get the invalid username and password error. If I log out and try to log back into the website, using the new password, I get the invalid username and password error.

close this out, the issue was the username. I thought it was my email address.
