Magelo team,
I am having problems updating in game. I can log in using my user name; losechange, but when I try to update ingame, it is saying invalid user name / password. Can someone look into this and reply back to info below

Just to make sure I understand your issue, you are saying you can log in on the web just fine but when you try to do the same thing on Magelo Sync using the same login / password, it does not work ?

I am having a similar problem. No trouble logging into the web site but suddenly Magelo Sync seems to have lost the password. When I try to use the Forget Password button I am sent to a page saying
Security Error :
Whoops ! You shouldn't be able to access this page.
If it is an error try to reload this page from the left menu.
If the problem keeps happening, go to the forums to get some help.

I used the web site My Account to change the web site password then had to copy that to the Magelo Sync app to get it to work properly. I am still confuddled as to why the Magelo Sync thingie seemed to have suddenly forgotten/lost/deleted the password but hey! Wanna screw something up? LOL Use a computer.

For people with this issue, you should be able fix it by updating your password in the website. you can choose the same password but going through this process will force how the password is encoded which is probably the root issue.

A simple way to do this is to logout from the website and click “reset my password” on the login page. You will receive an email with a link to input your new password.

I was able to update all toons, and sync them in game .
