When I use Magelo Sync it shows my correct level, server and zone. When I click on my name in the sync window it brings up my name but somebody elses character. Obviously that character is no longer on server as I was able to get the name. How can this be resolved so I may use magelo? Zippo 130 Mage Povar

Hi, Can you paste the profile that appears in Magelo Sync please? I dont currently see any character under your account, are you sure you dont have more than 1 Magelo account ?

https://eq.magelo.com/profile/3197534 I had a magelo account back in the mid 2000's. I left EQ for 14 years and lost all info. I made a new magelo in 2020 I believe and this character is a new one.

I am not sure if this is dead in the water. If there's nothing that can be done on your end please inform me. I can add other toons to my account but I am not interested in them. Again, when I run sync it shows my character on the sync window. It shows correct level, guild, zone etc. When I click the link on that screen it pops up a 105 bard which has been idle for more than a decade as far as I can recall. It shows him as the guild leader of my guild. This is and never has been my character. I was hoping that renewing my premium would help but it didn't change anything.
