I opened Magelo Sync today and it said the main program had been updated; I waited for the system update to finish, but now it's stuck on the message: "Magelo Sync is attempting to detect your currently logged-in character; please wait. If your character does not appear after a few seconds, please let us know via the support forum." I tried reinstalling the Magelo program, but the issue seems to persist. Please help, thanks! Edit: issue solved later, it's ok now

This happens sometimes with bad EQ sessions, and launching a new EQ Client typically fixes it. Glad it's working for you!
