I had premium for a long time but didn't renew when i noticed my profile wasn't updating. I'll try premium again. Thank you.

Cisten, as I explained above, you need a premium account to fully sync your character. You can take the Trial offer to try out the Premium features now for 10 days including the full auto sync. Thanks for your support Tsavong Lah

So if I am not premium I cant use magelo sync to update my char? I am trying to update mine but its not working, http://eq.magelo.com/profile/163037 shows right lvl and guild but dosnt change / update the gears

Hi Kandraax, With a Free account, you need Magelo Sync to add your character on Magelo, but it will not synchronize your gear for you. You will need to manually add your equipment on the website, in "My characters" > "Edit". Every time your gear change in game, you will need to update it manually on the website. Don't forget you can try out our Premium features for 10 days using our trial offer.
