It may seem petty, but I have really grown dependent on this tool to know how many of an item I have, on which character and where to locate it in my many packs.
I am not trying to be pushy or disrespectful of the developers, but it would be good to at least get am acknowledgement.

I have this same issue AND since I ONLY really use magelo sync for this feature I am super pissed now too. I have been a HAPPY paying member since 2002.
Im sure a HUGE portion of people are the same. The fact that no one can reply or update any of us with any information is adding to my burning rage.
If this is not addressed soon. I will regretfully not be renewing my subscription as you have rendered it useless to me.
Your "new" rankings that seem to be taking up all your time to fix...absolutely sucks anyways.
What a sad sad end to an amazing program.

PLEASE, Please, please, please fix this along with the Patch for the new 'spansion! It is really crippling my TradeSkill endeavors and making my housekeeping nightmarish!

I also took this opportunity to add socketed augments and containers to your inventory so you can see and search them. Someone asks for this in the suggestion forum and I remember that other people wanted the same.
